Michael holds a degree of Economics from The University of Western Ontario.

Michael J. Curtis brings 13 years of experience in the international investment banking and healthcare industries to BayFront Capital Partners Ltd. Prior to being one of the members of the founding group of BayFront, Michael was the Director of Alternative Strategies at CanaccordAdams. He has also held positions with Lehman Brothers, RBC Dominion Securities and London Health Sciences Centre. Michael holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.

Derek Webb brings over 15 years of experience in growth capital markets covering a variety of aspects including investment banking, M&A and institutional sales. With an early start in resources, Derek has also specialized in technology and alternative energy. Prior to being a founding member of BayFront, Derek held officer positions at Canaccord and CanaccordAdams as well as being a co-founding member of the capital markets group for MGI Securities. Derek holds a B.Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University.
